30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, in the same condition that you received it, not trimmed or altered, and returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
Because Comfyt products are personal-use comfort items, products that have been worn, used, cut to size, altered, or returned in a condition that prevents resale may not be accepted unless confirmed to be faulty.

Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, the item you would like to return, the reason for return, and photos or videos if the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
For non-faulty returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, and your claim is approved following our review, we will arrange an appropriate solution. This may include a replacement, refund, or return shipping support where applicable.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at info@comfyt.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
All faulty-item claims are subject to review. We may ask you to provide supporting evidence and confirm that the product has been used in accordance with the instructions provided. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.
Hygiene and Personal-Use Items
For hygiene and product safety reasons, Comfyt products that have been worn, used, cut, altered, washed, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty.
This helps ensure every customer receives a clean, unused, and quality-checked product.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the item you have and place a new order for the item you want.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@comfyt.com.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. If the order has already been dispatched, you may need to wait for delivery and request a return under this policy.
UK and EU Cooling-Off Rights
Where applicable, customers purchasing online may have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, please contact us at info@comfyt.com within the applicable cancellation period.
Returned items must still be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, personal-use products that have been used, worn, cut, altered, or unsealed may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Your bank, card provider, or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@comfyt.com.
Non-Returnable Items
We may be unable to accept returns for items that have been worn, used, cut, altered, washed, damaged, returned without original packaging, or sent back without first requesting a return.
Gift cards and products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons may also be non-returnable unless faulty.
